I am Dawn Light, a spiritual life coach in Santa Rosa, California, and a Spiritual Psychology Coach. I work with women and men who keep living out the same painful patterns and are ready to heal what sits underneath them. Sessions happen in person in Santa Rosa or online by Zoom or phone from anywhere.
How Do I Get Started With Spiritual Life Coaching?
1. Free Soul Aligned Call, 30 minutes. We connect by Zoom or phone. You fill out a short form first, so I know where you are before we speak. We talk about what keeps repeating in your life and what you want instead.
2. Your first full session, complimentary. If we are a fit, we book a 60 minute session and begin the work together. You get a real experience of how I work before you decide anything.
3. Choose your program. Most clients work with me for four, eight or twelve months, weekly or a few times a month. Investment is shared on your free call, once we know what you need.

I have done this work in my own life. I healed my father and mother wounds, broke a cycle of abuse in my family, and found my way from doubt and self-sabotage to love, abundance and spiritual alignment.
I understand the frustration of repeating cycles of doubt, shame and distrust, in others and in yourself. I will help you face your patterns, communicate clearly, hold your boundaries and hear the beauty of your own inner voice.
